We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join us on an exciting journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in developing all aspects of the company's goals and growth. As a member of the store management team, the Operations Manager will use their leadership skills to support the Store Manager with overall store management duties such as sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training and supervising, financial management and customer service leadership. Candidates will be required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in either Management or/and Marketing.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience ins a similar or related position
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management or a related field
  • Exceptional supervisory, planning and organizational skills 
  • Excellent communication and team building skills 
  • Must be an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and an assertive individual
  • Ability to implement and enforce established daily operating procedures 
  • Must be computer literate
